About Us

Ijo Mimo ti Kristi lati Orun wa — The Holy Church of Christ from Heaven

Calgary Model Parish — Calgary, AB

Our History

The Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) was founded on 29 September 1947 in Porto-Novo, Dahomey (now Republic of Benin) by the late Pastor-Founder, Rev. Samuel Bilewu Joseph Oshoffa, through divine revelation and the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Calgary Model Parish serves CCC members in Calgary and the surrounding communities, within the Province of Alberta.

We preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, worship in the power of the Holy Spirit, and serve our neighbours here in Calgary.

What We Believe

True Worship

At Calgary Model Parish, worship is a way of life rather than a Sunday routine. True worship comes from a sincere heart that honours God in spirit and in truth (John 4:24).

Soul Winning

We share the Good News and make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19-20). That means reaching people who are searching for hope, praying for the lost, and walking with them as they come to know Jesus.

Charity

We meet needs in Calgary and beyond: feeding the hungry, supporting families and working alongside local organisations. Every act of kindness reflects God's heart for people.
